Spring Break 2011! Part 1

My absolute favorite time of the year is here....SPRING BREAK! Now, after saying that you might think I'm going to talk about crazy partying on a beach somewhere but that's NOT where this is going. Remember I'm a SAHM of three. I have neither the body or the energy for a wild and crazy week on the beach drinking and slut-ing it up but that's not to say there won't be some drinking going on this week.
Spring Break is the one week out of the year that Terry always takes off work. We are sure to take full advantage of having him home. You can't forget it's also my birthday week!
 

 Saturday

The week started off in the most AMAZING way! My nephew and his mom and her boyfriend came to visit us and he even ended up staying to spend the night!

 He even met my Mom (his only living Grandmother) for the first time since he was a year old.

 I wish more than anything now that I had made more of an effort to see him and his Mom on a regular basis. I wish I had been there regularly to watch him grow into the awesome kids he is today. I was young and had a family of my own is a disappointing excuse for not making it a point to know this kid better. He is absolutely the BEST thing ever to come from my brother. I love this kid so much!

Thanks to Candice we had tickets that night to go see Kevin Fowler at Billy Bob's that night. We went with my cousins Tina and Shawn and then ended up running into our friends Amanda and Robert. It wasn't a wild and crazy night out but we had fun.

Sunday

Sunday we hung around the house for most of the day. Terry watered the the new shrubs and put out fertilizer in the front. We got some grocery shopping done and stopped and got some party supplies. 

I think Max might be part puppy.

We take St. Patrick's Day pretty seriously around here!

Antonio was happy, we stopped while we were out and he spent his Christmas money. He was finally able to get X-Box Live and Call of Duty.

Two days down and currently working on the third. Spring Break is the BEST!
